How to Book

Before booking, check our hall calendar to see if the time you require is free.

To make a booking please use the Booking Enquiry Form below, or email our Hall Manager at:

We will get back to you.
You are welcome to view the Hall to see if it is suitable for your needs.

Once your hire is agreed, you will be asked to sign our Conditions of Hire agreement form below.

Payment
Regular users and organisations
We will invoice you, monthly, quarterly or termly. Payment is by bank transfer.
Private parties
You will be asked to pay a deposit to secure your booking (normally £25 per half day, or £50 for evening parties or bookings over five hours). The balance of hire charges must be paid in full by bank transfer at least one week in advance.
On the day of your party you will be asked to provide a damages deposit in cash (£25 or £50 for an evening party or long event). This will be returned to you at the end of your event, provided that the Hall is left clean, there is no damage, and you do not need extra time to clear up.
