How to Book

Before booking, check our hall calendar to see if the time you require is free.

To make a booking please use the Booking Enquiry Form below, or email our Hall Manager at:

We will get back to you.
You are welcome to view the Hall to see if it is suitable for your needs.

Once your hire is agreed, you will be asked to sign our Conditions of Hire agreement form below.

Payment
Regular users and organisations
We will invoice you, monthly, quarterly or termly. Payment by bank transfer is preferred.
Private parties
You will be asked to pay a deposit to secure your booking (normally £25 per half day, or £50 for evening parties or bookings over five hours).
This will be returned to you at the end of your event, providing the hall is left clean and tidy and there is no damage.
Hire charges may be paid by bank transfer at least one week in advance, or in full, in cash, on arrival.
IMPORTANT!
When making a booking, please ensure you read and familiarise yourself with the following documents:
